The Roaster
We roast everyday on a 10 kilo Toper roaster that is made in Turkey, and we average about 10 roasts a day weighing in at about 15 pounds per roast. We also keep a daily log of what was roasted each day, and all our mail orders are roasted when ordered.

some of the finest espresso in the city.

Our traditional cappuccino and lattes are worth the wait on a busy Saturday morning. We also serve up delicious americanos and espresso macchiato.
